Sports, Deep Tissue and Swedish run as 60 or 90-minute sessions at the same hourly rate. Remedial and Myofascial Release add a 30-minute option for focused single-area work. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is priced separately because the technique is different. Tap any treatment name to read its dedicated page.
Injury rehab, postural correction, frozen shoulder and chronic pain relief.
For runners, cyclists and active bodies — recovery, performance and tension relief.
Sustained pressure for stubborn knots, lower-back tension and occupational strain.
Flowing, relaxing strokes for stress, sleep and overall wellbeing.
Gentle, sustained work to release fascial restriction and scar-tissue adhesion.
Gentle, clothing-on lymph work for post-surgical swelling and recovery.
Not sure which treatment fits? Book a tailored session and we’ll combine techniques — deep tissue, Swedish, remedial — around your goals on the day.
30-minute sessions (£30 Remedial & MFR, £25 MLD) are designed for short focused work — a single muscle group, a specific restriction, or a follow-up after an earlier full session. Not a substitute for a full-body treatment.
Sports, Deep Tissue and Swedish need at least 60 minutes to deliver therapeutic results — a 30-minute version would feel rushed and wouldn’t reach the depth or coverage these techniques require.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage has no 90-minute option because the gentle rhythmic technique stops being beneficial beyond roughly 60 minutes.
All prices include a brief assessment, treatment, oils, clean linens, and an aftercare email sent the day after. No additional charges for booking, card payments, or techniques used within a session.
The price you see is the price you pay. Every appointment includes the same six things — there are no separate fees for consultations, oils, or aftercare advice.
Buying sessions in advance brings the per-session cost down. Both packages are pre-paid; sessions can be used in any combination across treatments (Sports, Deep Tissue, Remedial, Swedish, Myofascial Release) within 12 months.

Sports, Deep Tissue, Swedish and Customised Massage are £60 for 60 minutes or £80 for 90 minutes. Remedial and Myofascial Release also offer a 30-minute option at £30 for short focused work.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is priced separately at £25 for 30 min or £50 for 60 min — no 90-min option. Loyalty packages and an annual membership bring prices down for regular clients.
MLD uses a gentler, rhythmic technique without oils — completely different from a standard massage. It's slower-paced and targets the lymphatic system rather than muscles. The pricing reflects the different nature of the work, not a quality difference.
There's no 90-minute MLD option because the technique stops being beneficial beyond about 60 minutes. For more on what MLD treats, see the MLD page.
For a one-off payment of £50, you get £10 off every 60-minute and 90-minute massage for 12 months from the purchase date. Pays for itself after 5 sessions.
It applies to all standard treatments (not MLD, which is already discounted). The membership is non-transferable. You can combine it with package pricing if you buy a Silver or Gold package during your membership year.
Silver (£200) is four 60-minute sessions — works out to £50 per session, saving £40 versus paying as you go.
Gold (£280) is four 90-minute sessions — £70 per session, also saving £40. Better suited for severe or chronic issues that need longer treatments.
Both packages last 12 months and are non-transferable. The sessions themselves can be mixed across treatments — for example, one deep tissue, one remedial, and two sports.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Every session includes a brief assessment, the treatment itself, all oils and linens, and an aftercare email sent 24 hours after your appointment.
There are no separate charges for booking, deposit fees, card payments, or additional techniques used within a session.
Cash, all major debit/credit cards, bank transfer, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Pay on the day of treatment — no upfront deposit required. Packages and memberships are paid in advance via card or bank transfer.

I've seen many sports massage therapists over 25 years — Jan ranks at the top. His expert deep tissue and sports massage helped with pain relief and flexibility. Highly recommend Zen Den Worthing.
Jan is amazing at what he does! I went to see Jan for my surgery recovery as I had some swelling — I had a lymphatic drainage massage with him. I had 4 sessions with Jan and the results are showing, I can feel the effects! I can't recommend Jan enough, he's so knowledgeable and caring.
Jan is AMAZING! I've had back issues for years and 2 slipped discs previously. Jan never fails to reset my back and get me into a good state each time. The setting is also top tier — perfect temperature, relaxing music, perfectly cleaned and highly organised.
